This is something I have been researching because I am also interested in fixing my body.
I’ve had two pregnancies and one boy was a whopping 10 pounds!!
You can imagine how stretched out my belly got.
Even after working out and getting back to my ideal weight/body fat, my belly still did not return to its normal look and flatness.
I have major loose skin on my belly button area.
On top of that, I have Dastasis Recti, which means my ab muscles need repairing.
